Symantec Client Security with Symantec AntiVirus

USC, through software.usc.edu, provides firewall and antivirus software to students for free. There are other applications available, too, including an FTP/SFTP client. My Norton AntiVirus 2003 free subscription expired, so I uninstalled it and installed the USC-provided version instead (Corporate Edition). The updates required were:
Avenge 1.5 MicroDefs2 Corp 9
Symantec Client Firewall IDS Signatures
(Downloaded via LiveUpdate.)

    MY Antivirus is not updating becuase the follow error appears LU1847 and I don’t know waht to do. Please let me know what is all this about to fix the problem

    I keep getting message everytime I ty to update file

    but, liveupdate 3.4 had not detected, when i was download through above mentioned link……….
    what i do, i need immediate solution….
