   I am having the same problem, but it works in Word and everywhere else….except AIM. I’ve never had this problem before. Any suggestions?

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! THIS HAS BEEN DRIVING ME INSANE! I can’t believe how easy this was to google! I spent a good 3 hours searching through the Word database trying to find some sort of solution or even clue and got absolutely NOTHING.
