I’m wondering if the App Store has matured to the point where web advertising can be an effective way of marketing an app. What websites are good places to advertise an iOS app?

To format money columns in Google Spreadsheets, click the format (123) button. It’s on the toolbar at the top, and it says “123”. You’ll get options for displaying currencies, including the ability to show a comma or decimal separator between every 3 digits.
