MLK Jr.’s Mountaintop Speech
On recommendation of my Core 102 professor, I listened to all of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I’ve been to the Mountaintop” speech (1968). I have a new respect for the man, much greater than what I had before. It’s truly an amazing speech, especially coming just a day before his assassination. His story is really amazing. Highly recommended listening.

You gotta admire the guy, for standing up for what he believed in. It cost his life, but ultimately his dream was achieved. Its still amazing and shocking to me… that it wasn’t THAT long ago that this happened!
